Functional Testing Packages
Advanced testing - with expert interpretation
Most people come to me thinking they need a test. In reality, many don’t.
My work is not about running endless panels or chasing numbers. It is about understanding what is driving your symptoms and putting a clear, practical plan in place to move things forward. In many cases, we can make significant progress without any testing at all, simply by addressing diet, blood sugar balance, gut function, and hormones properly.
That said, when something doesn’t quite add up, or progress has stalled, more detailed testing can be helpful. I use this selectively and with purpose. This can include areas such as gut health and digestion, SIBO, hormone and cortisol patterns, full thyroid profiles, nutrient status, and key metabolic markers. Where appropriate, we can also explore more advanced options such as DNA testing, organic acid testing, mycotoxins, autoimmune markers, or targeted screening for infections and inflammation.
The key is that everything is chosen carefully. No blanket testing, no overwhelm, and no being sent off with pages of results that mean very little. If we test, it is because it will change what we do next.
Just as importantly, I work with many clients who simply want to feel better, have more energy, manage their weight, or support their hormones without overcomplicating things. My approach is always grounded, practical, and focused on results.
This works best when you are ready to make changes and want clear, realistic guidance, rather than endless investigation.
