30-Minute Follow-Up Consultation (Zoom) Available ONLY to existing clients booking within 6 months of their last full consultation. This personalised 30-minute face-to-face clinic session is designed to review your progress, refine your plan, and provide additional guidance as you continue your health journey. Your follow-up includes: ✅ Review of your progress and any new health concerns ✅ Personalised advice on diet, lifestyle, supplements, and symptom management ✅ Support with practical strategies like reading food labels, meal planning, and managing food sensitivities ✅ Tailored recipe suggestions to suit your evolving needs ✅ 2 weeks of unlimited email support after your consultation (during working hours) Please note: If it has been longer than 6 months since your last appointment, you will need to book a full Initial Consultation to ensure a complete reassessment. Please note: In-clinic appointments carry a higher fee than Zoom consultations to reflect room hire, travel time, and associated costs Zoom follow-ups are also available — see separate listings for details.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made with 48-24 hours notice will result in a 50% fee being retained • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the full fee being retained • If your required forms are not submitted at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, this will be treated as a late cancellation. I appreciate your understanding that this policy protects my time and ensures all clients receive properly prepared sessions. • Packages must be used within six months unless agreed otherwise • Diagnostic tests are non-refundable once processed. If you need to return a test, it must be unopened and within 30 days Unless otherwise stated, packages must be used within 6 months.
