Service Description
This package is perfect for those with health issues needing a full consultation but also want food intolerance testing. Consultation price includes: * 30 minutes assessment of your completed forms prior to our meeting * One hour face to face consultation * Food Intolerance test (see below) * All reports, nutritional analysis of food diary and recommendations * Recipes and shopping advice (if needed) * One month's unlimited email support. * Discounted supplements (if needed) * Discounted signed recipe books (if needed) The price includes hour-long consultation plus a food intolerance test for up to 200 foods, all your reports and 1-month of email support. Food intolerance can cause a wide range of disruptive symptoms such as digestive problems, eczema, migraines and headaches, fatigue, depression and low mood, joint pains and sinusitis. For example, medically unexplained symptoms or ‘functional symptoms’ where doctors can’t find a problem with the body that might be the cause, account for up to a fifth of all GP consultations in the UK. These include symptoms such as tiredness, chronic fatigue (ME), depression, anxiety, IBS, fibromyalgia, headaches and migraines, skin rashes and joint pains, runny nose and sinusitis. Working with me, a registered, very experienced nutritional therapist, we can get the results from the test to identify food triggers and work together to produce a dietary plan to improve gut health and boost the immune system, to help restore your health, wellbeing and even weight issues. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made with 48-24 hours notice will result in a 50% fee being retained • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the full fee being retained • If your required forms are not submitted at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, this will be treated as a late cancellation. I appreciate your understanding that this policy protects my time and ensures all clients receive properly prepared sessions. • Packages must be used within six months unless agreed otherwise • Diagnostic tests are non-refundable once processed. If you need to return a test, it must be unopened and within 30 days Unless otherwise stated, packages must be used within 6 months.
