This package combines the Food & Environmental Allergy Test along with Food Intolerance Test of 200 common foods to be sent for you to do at home, as well as a full 1-hour zoom nutritional consultation, all reports and recommendations plus 1 months email support. Consultation price includes: * 30 minutes assessment of your completed forms prior to our meeting * One hour zoom consultation * Food Intolerance test for 200 foods * Food and Environmental Allergy Test for common allergens * All reports, nutritional analysis of food diary and recommendations * Recipes and shopping advice (if needed) * One month's unlimited email support. * Discounted supplements (if needed) * Discounted signed recipe books (if needed) The price includes hour-long consultation plus Food & Environmental Allergy Testing, food intolerance testing for 210 foods in my clinic (blood samples from fingers), all reports and recommendations. Please note: * This test is only available for children 4 years old and over. * Not suitable for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding or suffering from any blood-borne infection (e.g hepatitis or HIV) * Steroids or immunosuppressants may affect the results

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy: • If the client cancels a consultation within 48 hours of the appointment (but not less than 24 hours), a 50% session fee will be retained. with 50% being refunded.* • If the client cancels a consultation with less than 24 hours’ notice, then the full session fee will be retained. * • Please note, if your completed and signed Basic Information and Food & Drink forms are not received at least 24 hours before the appointment, the nutrition consultation session cannot go ahead, and your fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be given. Your appointment will be deemed as a non-refundable cancellation. * Please note, for those who have purchased package deals which include diagnostic tests, the refund policy does not include the RRP cost of the test once the test has been processed. If a patient needs to return at test, it can only be accepted in original, sealed/unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, packages must be used within 6 months.
