Service Description

If you are ready to take the first step towards understanding your health, this consultation gives you a thorough, unhurried hour face to face at our clinic in Exeter with a clinical nutritionist who will listen properly, investigate root causes, and give you a clear, practical plan. Many clients come having already tried elimination diets, supplements, or GP visits without lasting improvement. The difference here is depth — we look at your full health history, diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and symptoms together, and create a plan that is specific to you rather than generic advice. Your consultation includes a 30-minute pre-assessment of your completed health questionnaire and food diary before we meet, a full 60-minute face-to-face consultation at Holmedale Health in Exeter exploring your medical history, health concerns, diet, and lifestyle, a comprehensive written report with personalised nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, recipes and shopping guidance where relevant, a structured 2-week email support period after your consultation during which you can contact me with questions about your plan, and a 10% discount on recommended supplements and natural products. Please note that diagnostic testing and supplement protocols are not included in this price but can be discussed and arranged separately if clinically appropriate. In-clinic appointments carry a higher fee than Zoom consultations to reflect room hire, travel time, and associated costs. After booking you will receive a detailed health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary to complete. Please allow at least 3 to 4 days to return these ahead of your appointment — the more detail you provide, the more we can achieve in our time together.
