These can be discussed and quoted separately if needed. What to Expect: After booking, you’ll receive forms to complete, including a detailed health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary. This enables me to conduct a full pre-assessment before we meet, ensuring we can focus on you — not paperwork — during the session. During your consultation, we will explore your medical history, health concerns, family history, diet, and lifestyle. You’ll receive clear, tailored advice on achieving your health goals, managing conditions, and creating a realistic, nourishing way of eating. Please allow at least 3–4 days to complete and return your forms ahead of your consultation.
