Service Description

Consultation price includes: * 30 minutes assessment of your completed forms prior to our meeting * 1 hour zoom consultation discussing diet, lifestyle, emotions and stresses. * All reports, nutritional analysis of food diary and recommendations * Recipes and shopping advice (if needed) * One month's unlimited email support from the date of consultation. * Signed recipe books available to purchase (if needed) * 10% discount on herbs, supplements & natural products Diagnostic tests or supplement protocols are not included in the consultation price. When booking online, please allow at least 3-4 days to complete forms and fill in a 3-day​ food diary before our consultation. This saves you money as we are not wasting the first consultation on information gathering. See the cancellation policy for more information. A consultation involves: 1 Hours consultation noting your family history, health concerns, and dietary history. Advice on all matters relating to your diet, health concerns, and nutritional counselling. Promotion and advice on a healthy lifestyle, including weight management, food sensitivities, and health concerns, Advice on recipes to suit individual dietary requirements and family health. WHAT TO EXPECT When you book, you will be sent some forms to complete and return to me, detailing your medical history, food diary, and information relating to your health/weight and lifestyle. This allows me to complete a pre-assessment ready for our consultation. If you require/request medical diagnostic tests, allergy or food intolerance tests, or genotype testing, these can be discussed and charges will be applied accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy: • If the client cancels a consultation within 48 hours of the appointment (but not less than 24 hours), 50% session fee will be retained. with 50% being refunded. • If the client cancels a consultation with less than 24 hours' notice, then the full session fee will be retained. • Please note, all forms need to be completed and returned to me fully completed at least 24 hours prior to our appointment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the appointment and you will be charged the full session fee. Unless otherwise stated, packages must be used within 6 months.
