This personalised 30-minute Zoom session is designed to review your progress, refine your plan, and provide additional guidance as you continue your health journey. Your follow-up includes: ✅ Review of your progress and any new health concerns ✅ Personalised advice on diet, lifestyle, supplements, and symptom management ✅ Support with practical strategies like reading food labels, meal planning, and managing food sensitivities ✅ Tailored recipe suggestions to suit your evolving needs ✅ 2 weeks of unlimited email support after your consultation (during working hours) Please note: If it has been longer than 6 months since your last appointment, you will need to book a full Initial Consultation to ensure a complete reassessment.
