Service Description
If you suspect food intolerances, digestive issues, or candida overgrowth are affecting your health, this service combines specialist testing with expert clinical interpretation — giving you clear answers and a clear path forward. The IgG Food Allergy Map with Candida and Yeast testing identifies delayed immune reactions to foods, which can take hours or even days to trigger symptoms and are routinely missed by standard GP testing. The candida panel identifies overgrowth commonly linked to gut symptoms, fatigue, brain fog, and recurrent infections. Many clients are surprised to discover that everyday foods they consider healthy are contributing to their symptoms. The service includes the IgG Food Allergy Map testing delayed immune reactions to a wide range of common foods, the Candida and Yeast panel identifying overgrowth and its impact on your health, a 30-minute pre-assessment of your completed forms and food diary before we meet, a full 1-hour Zoom consultation to interpret your results and create your personalised plan, a detailed written report with elimination and reintroduction guidance, recipes and shopping advice tailored to your results, an 8-week email support period after your consultation during which you can contact me with questions as you implement your plan, and a 10% discount on herbs, supplements, and natural products. Who this is for: This works well for those experiencing persistent bloating, IBS-type symptoms, skin conditions, fatigue, recurrent thrush, brain fog, or unexplained digestive discomfort that has not responded to standard approaches. How it works: The test kit is sent directly to your home with full instructions. Results are typically returned within 2–3 weeks, after which we arrange your consultation to interpret the findings together and build your plan. Please note: not suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for those with blood-borne infections. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the full fee being retained • If your required forms are not received at least 48 hours before your appointment, I will be unable to prepare for your consultation. In accordance with my Terms and Conditions, the appointment may need to be cancelled and the full consultation fee retained. • Packages must be used within six months unless agreed otherwise • Diagnostic tests are non-refundable once processed. If you need to return a test, it must be unopened and within 30 days I occasionally have last-minute availability, and I’d be happy to add you to my waiting list if you’re interested. Just let me know, and once your forms are completed and returned, I’ll ensure you are included on the list.
