To cater to most diets, I create a wide range, to suit the client.  I offer functional, family-friendly, specialist diet, branded, kitchenware and product-highlight recipes - always developed with nutritional insight and consumer usability in mind.  My recipes can include specialised diets incng grain-free, gluten-free, low-carb, sugar-free, vegan, and dairy-free. As a nutritionist, I can advise on the right dietary restrictions to fit the requirements, ensuring everything is balanced for optimum nutrition.  

Can you create recipes that highlight a specific product?

Absolutely.  I design recipes to showcase hero ingredients or kitchenware products in an authentic and practical way that consumers can relate to.

Do you offer ghostwriting or co-brand content?

Yes, I ghostwrite for brands and influencers, helping them bring their voice and vision to life. I also offer co-branded content, including ebooks, email sequences, and lead magnets featuring your products. 

Do you offer social media or video content?

Yes – I have a dedicated kitchen space perfect for filming high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

 

 I create engaging, brand-aligned video and photo content including reels, short tutorials, and product showcases that can be used across platforms.

 

​Everything is filmed with a clean, natural aesthetic using professional lighting and my iPhone setup.

Do you work with kitchenware brands and food producers?

Yes -  I develop recipes for kitchen gadgets, including air fryers, slow cookers, and more.  I can also offer recipes for key nutrients or supplements including protein powders or specialist food products.
