3 consultations with full written reports & 4-week email support
Service Description
If you are looking for ongoing nutritional support with real accountability, this package gives you three consultations across a structured programme — enough time to properly investigate your health concerns, implement meaningful changes, and review your progress. Many clients find a single consultation helpful but not enough to create lasting change. This package is designed to give us the continuity to work through your health goals properly, adjusting your plan as your body responds and your lifestyle evolves. Your package includes a 30-minute pre-assessment of your completed health questionnaire and food diary before we meet, a full 60-minute initial consultation via Zoom exploring your medical history, health concerns, diet, and lifestyle, two 30-minute follow-up consultations to review your progress and refine your plan, full written reports with personalised nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations after each session, 2- weeks email support from your initial consultation and 1-week email support after each follow up consultation, and a 10% discount on recommended supplements and natural products. Email support is available for brief questions relating to your agreed programme between appointments. If new symptoms develop, your circumstances change significantly, or your questions require detailed clinical advice, a follow up consultation will be required. Please note that diagnostic testing and supplement protocols are not included in this package price but can be discussed and arranged separately if clinically appropriate. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the full fee being retained • If your required forms are not received at least 48 hours before your appointment, I will be unable to prepare for your consultation. In accordance with my Terms and Conditions, the appointment may need to be cancelled and the full consultation fee retained. • Packages must be used within six months unless agreed otherwise • Diagnostic tests are non-refundable once processed. If you need to return a test, it must be unopened and within 30 days I occasionally have last-minute availability, and I’d be happy to add you to my waiting list if you’re interested. Just let me know, and once your forms are completed and returned, I’ll ensure you are included on the list.
