Service Description

If you are looking for ongoing nutritional support with real accountability, this package gives you three consultations across a structured programme — enough time to properly investigate your health concerns, implement meaningful changes, and review your progress. Many clients find a single consultation helpful but not enough to create lasting change. This package is designed to give us the continuity to work through your health goals properly, adjusting your plan as your body responds and your lifestyle evolves. Your package includes a 30-minute pre-assessment of your completed health questionnaire and food diary before we meet, a full 60-minute initial consultation via Zoom exploring your medical history, health concerns, diet, and lifestyle, two 30-minute follow-up consultations to review your progress and refine your plan, full written reports with personalised nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations after each session, a 4-week email support period after your final consultation during which you can contact me with questions, and a 10% discount on recommended supplements and natural products. Please note that diagnostic testing and supplement protocols are not included in this package price but can be discussed and arranged separately if clinically appropriate.
