You also receive a 30-minute pre-assessment of your completed forms and food diary before we meet, a full 60-minute initial consultation via Zoom to build your personalised plan, two 30-minute follow-up consultations to review your test results, progress and refine your protocol. You will also receive full written reports with personalised nutrition and supplement recommendations after each session, an 8-week email support period after your final consultation, and a 10% discount on recommended supplements and natural products. How it works: The test kit is posted to your home with full instructions. A stool sample is returned by post and results are typically back within 2–3 weeks, after which we arrange your consultation.
