The GI-MAP (GI Microbial Assay Plus) goes far beyond standard stool testing, identifying the specific organisms, imbalances, and markers driving your symptoms. Many clients have had entirely normal results on NHS testing, yet continue to suffer. The GI-MAP reveals what routine tests miss — and gives us a clear, evidence-based starting point for your recovery. You also receive a 30-minute pre-assessment of your completed forms and food diary before we meet, a full 60-minute initial consultation via Zoom to build your personalised plan, two 30-minute follow-up consultations to review your test results, progress and refine your protocol. You will also receive full written reports with personalised nutrition and supplement recommendations after each session, an 8-week email support period after your final consultation, and a 10% discount on recommended supplements and natural products. Email support is available for brief questions relating to your agreed programme between appointments. If new symptoms develop, your circumstances change significantly, or your questions require detailed clinical advice, a follow up consultation will be required. This package suits those with persistent bloating, IBS-type symptoms, reflux, food sensitivities, skin flare-ups, fatigue alongside gut issues, or digestive symptoms that have been investigated but remain unexplained. If your symptoms also suggest small intestinal bacterial overgrowth — particularly significant bloating shortly after eating, or if you have been told you may have SIBO — the Comprehensive Gut & SIBO Package adds a dedicated breath test alongside the GI-MAP and may be the better starting point. How it works: The test kit is posted to your home with full instructions. A stool sample is returned by post and results are typically back within 2–3 weeks, after which we arrange your consultation.
