3 x 30 Minute Follow Up Package via Zoom

Service Description

This package of 3 x 30-minute sessions is available to existing clients booking within 6 months of their last full consultation. The package saves £20 off full price. Follow-up appointments are designed to keep your progress on track. We review how you have responded to your protocol, address any new concerns, and refine your plan based on what is and is not working. It is also an opportunity to review any test results that have come back since your last session, adjust supplement recommendations, and ensure your next steps are clear and manageable. Your follow-up includes a review of your progress and any new health concerns, personalised advice on diet, lifestyle, and supplements, practical support with strategies like food label reading and meal planning, tailored recipe suggestions where relevant, and a structured 1-week email support period after your session during which you can contact me with questions. Email support is available for brief questions relating to your agreed programme between appointments. If new symptoms develop, your circumstances change significantly, or your questions require detailed clinical advice, a follow up consultation will be required. Please note: if it has been longer than 6 months since your last appointment, you will need to book a full initial consultation to ensure a complete reassessment.
