Struggling with bloating, hormone shifts, low energy or just not feeling yourself?

Booking a nutrition consultation can feel like a big step — especially if you’re not local to me in Devon.

But the good news is: you don’t need to be.

I offer online nutrition consultations via Zoom to clients across the UK. Whether you’re in London, Leeds, or the Outer Hebrides, you can access expert, personalised support from the comfort of your own home — no travel, no parking, no waiting rooms.

So, let me walk you through what to expect.

Step 1: Booking Your Zoom Nutrition Consultation UK

Once you’ve chosen your consultation or package, you can book online. I’ll then send over a link for you to complete a few simple forms, including a comprehensive health questionnaire and a food diary, to help me prepare for our session. These mean we can focus on the hours consultation without wasting time on information gathering.

It’s not a test. It’s just a way for me to get to know you before we meet.

Step 2: The Zoom Chat – What It’s Really Like

This isn’t a rushed 5 min appointment. It’s a relaxed, one-to-one conversation that takes an hour and believe me, the time flies. It is just you and me (though you can have someone with your if you wish), on Zoom, from the comfort of your own sofa or kitchen table.

Yes, Zoom can feel awkward at first (especially if you’re not techy), but it really does get easier. I guide you through it, and before long, it’s like chatting with a friend over a cuppa.

We’ll gently explore:

  • What’s going on in your body

  • Your symptoms, history, and triggers

  • Lifestyle, diet, sleep, stress, and everything in between

  • Any tests or supplements you’ve tried — and what’s worked (or not)

It’s all confidential, judgment-free, and completely tailored to you.

Step 3: Functional Testing (Optional)

Sometimes, deeper testing can provide the missing pieces, like a stool test for gut health, hormone panels, or SIBO breath testing.

If testing is appropriate, I’ll explain it clearly and arrange for kits to be posted directly to your home. There’s never any pressure to test — it’s simply a tool, not a requirement.

Step 4: Your Personalised Plan

After our consultation, I’ll send a written plan summarising:

  • Diet and lifestyle recommendations

  • Targeted supplements (if needed)

  • Testing advice

  • Recipes, handouts or info sheets relevant to your case

  • Unlimited email support for 4 weeks (longer if you opt for a package)

Depending on your package, you’ll also receive follow-up support by email or Zoom to help you stay on track.

Think of me as your health detective — helping you get clarity, feel supported, and make realistic changes that work for your life.

Who I Work With

I specialise in:

  • Menopause and perimenopause support

  • Gut issues like SIBO, candida, reflux and bloating

  • Fatigue, insomnia, anxiety and hormone imbalance

  • Weight gain and insulin resistance

  • Autoimmune and inflammatory conditions

Whether you’ve had test results from your GP that “look fine” but you don’t feel fine, or you simply want to understand your body better, I’m here to help.
