Chocolate Panna Cotta

Wow! I love this and it really is so simple to make. You can claim it is a healthy dessert as it is packed with antioxidants from the rich dark chocolate as well as gelatine powder to help with your joints, hair and nails. Really what could be better?

150g dark chocolate (at least 85%)
