If you’re not local, I offer 1:1 virtual consultations via Zoom, making it convenient for patients across the UK and overseas to access my services from the comfort of their home. Whether you’re looking for targeted support with menopause, weight management, or other health issues, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Feature Writing: Specialising in articles on health, nutrition, and food for publications, both online and in print.  I have worked as a freelance journalist for over 15 years, a columnist for My Weekly and Kindred Spirit and Senior Editor for Tonic Magazine.  I have also written 24 books to date.  

PR Collaborations: Partnering with PR agencies to develop product-led features, expert quotes, and endorsements for health and food-related campaigns. With a vast publication portfolio, including prominent outlets such as the Daily Mail, women's lifestyle magazines, and radio appearances, I have established myself as a trusted authority in the industry. With my specialisation as a nutritionist in gut health, hormones, autoimmune conditions, weight loss and mental health, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a unique approach to create engaging, knowledgeable content and expert commentaries for all health and well-being as well as food, cookery and more.

These symptoms can become a part of our daily routine, but it doesn't have to be this way. Sometimes, you may find it hard to shed extra weight and feel guilty as you give in to food cravings, which affects your self-esteem. Hormones can be out of balance, especially during the menopausal years. You may feel low in energy, want to improve your gut health, tackle inflammation, and may need to lose some weight.

I see clients every day who share similar stories. The body shows signs of inflammation, achy joints, skin conditions, digestive issues, weight gain and mental health issues – I am sure it sounds familiar.   I can relate as someone who has worked hard to stay healthy despite an autoimmune issue.

I work with clients to achieve the best results for their health by changing small things at their pace, with diet, lifestyle and mental health support.  For those who want to lose weight with weekly support, you can opt for my personalised 12-week programme, where I am with you every step of the way, helping you to achieve your goals and beyond.  I have worked with a lot of men and women who have achieved great weight loss and reversed many health issues.  

Although I work with clients with a wide range of conditions, my specialism is in insulin resistance and metabolic health, autoimmune disorders, fatigue including long COVID and CFS, hormone imbalance, and helping to improve gut health (including food intolerances and allergy testing if required). I see many clients with weight issues, diabetes, PCOS, poor gut health including IBS, UC, Gerd, Menopause, CFS and more, as well as more complex autoimmune and related inflammatory conditions.  

I offer various diagnostic tests, including thyroid health, hormones, gut, food intolerances, allergies, nutrients and many more.
