I am a qualified Iridologist and Nutritionist, and I have studied other adjunct therapies which I may use in my practice. I worked as a senior nutritionist for a cancer charity, travelling around the country and Europe. My work involved in ongoing training of the practitioners and patients, production of recipe books, and editor of the health newsletter.
Since returning to work after the birth of my second son, I worked for a supplement company as an advisor, then moved into journalism.
It is vital that people understand the importance of diet in the promotion of health. Our bodies are under constant attack from what we eat and our environment, and we need to restore the balance. What we eat and how we treat our bodies really does affect our future; you are what you eat! I enjoy teaching the practical element of this philosophy, and being part of this transformation in patients lives.
I am just setting up a practice with The Exeter Natural Health Centre (www.enhc.org). Please contact me if you are interested in a consultation or workshop.
